Below is the summer workout schedule for Skyline programs: Please make sure you are healthy before attending – NO Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, close contact with someone with Covid 19 or a fever higher than 100.3 F . If an athlete has any of those symptoms they will be asked to go home. All student/athletes must have a mask and wear at check-in, must have at least 1 filled water bottle for the workout.
Cross Country – Monday through Thursday – 8:00-10:00 am on the track
Football – Monday through Thursday – 1:30-3:00 pm on the track turf
Boys Lacrosse – Monday and Wednesday – 7:00-8:30 pm in the stadium
Boys Soccer – Monday Wednesday – 5:30-7:00 pm and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00-7:30 in the stadium
Boys Tennis – Monday through Friday – 1:00-5:30 pm on the tennis courts, will be in groups of 6.
Track – Monday through Thursday – 6:00-8:00 pm on the track
