Since 1984, Maureen (Mo-Jo) Isaac has coached at virtually every level of competitive swimming from Age Group and High School through Division III college and Division I university to an assistant coach in programs with many Olympic swimmers. She began her coaching career at The Ohio State University and was an assistant coach at Kenyon College as they won both the Men’s and Women’s NCAA Division III National titles. As a head coach, Mo-Jo was twice selected Mid-American Conference Coach of the Year while at Eastern Michigan University. She has been on the staff of many top summer swim camps including University of Michigan, University of Texas and University of Southern California. She is often invited to be a guest coach at both swimming and triathlon clinics. In 2010, Mo-Jo was named the MISCA Region 4 High School Coach of the Year.  In 2012 and 2013, Mo-Jo was named the MHSAA Coach of the year.  In 2014, Coach Isaac was named the NFHSC Swimming Coach of the Year for Michigan.

In just 7 years at Skyline, Mo-Jo has guided more than 30 SEC Champions, 7 state champions and more than 25 All Americans.  Her teams have finished in the Top 3 at the state championships 4 times and her swimmers currently hold 2 state records.

Mo-Jo is also a founding member of The Summit for Sports Leadership; a group of highly successful women in swimming striving to educate and empower female coaches and young women. She is a also USA Swimming Level 4 coach.
